The data practices behind chicken-road-2-game.us.org, described without the usual legal fog.
1 Who is responsible
The data controller is the team behind chicken-road-2-game.us.org. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
2 Logs and security incidents
Access logs are the only record that could identify a visitor, and they exist to spot abuse. They are not read routinely and are not used to build any picture of an individual reader.
3 What we collect
Data you give us directly
- Contact messages. If you email us or use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address (usually truncated by our analytics provider), browser, operating system, device category and screen size.
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, the link that brought you here and the outbound links you click.
- Cookie identifiers — described in detail in our Cookie Policy.
We do not want financial data. Never send us card numbers, bank details, casino passwords, one-time codes or copies of identity documents. If you do, we delete them. Note that the SSL encryption and two-factor authentication described in our review protect your operator account, not your correspondence with us.
4 Why we process it
- To operate the website — serving pages, security, diagnosing errors. Basis: legitimate interest.
- To answer you — replying to a message you sent. Basis: your request.
- To measure content — understanding which guides are read. Basis: consent where required.
- To attribute referrals — recording that a visit to an operator came from here. Basis: consent / legitimate interest.
Short sessions, clear rules and honest limits are the thread running through this site. That includes being straight about what a guide can and cannot do for you, which is what the rest of this page sets out.
5 Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we aim to reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
6 Security
The website is served over HTTPS, access to stored correspondence is restricted, and the volume of personal data we hold is deliberately small. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but minimising what we collect materially limits the risk.
7 Children
This website is strictly for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8 Requests we may refuse
We will not delete correspondence documenting an open complaint, and we cannot action a request for data held by an operator. Any refusal is explained in writing.
Questions about anything above are welcome; the contact page has the address.
